Handcrafted Portuguese ceramic vessel

Established in Aveiro · Portugal

The quiet luxury of clay,
turned by hand.

For three generations, our atelier has thrown, painted and fired ceramics in the Portuguese tradition. Now arriving on American tables — one heirloom piece at a time.

A House of Craft

We do not manufacture.
We make.

Every piece passes through the same five hands it has for decades — the thrower, the trimmer, the painter, the glazer, the kiln master. The result is ceramics with breath and intention; objects that age into the rooms that hold them.

Hands shaping clay on the wheel

Heritage

From the riverbanks of Aveiro to the tables of America.

Our clay is drawn from the same Atlantic-fed beds that have fed Portuguese potters for five centuries. It is wedged by hand, thrown on traditional kick-wheels, and fired in our atelier's wood-soot kilns. What lands at your door is not a product — it is a quiet collaboration between earth, water, and the human hand.

"What we make is less an object than an invitation — to slow the meal, to linger at the table, to feel something hand-made under your fingers."
